“區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)與金融監(jiān)管”國(guó)際培訓(xùn)班圓滿落幕
2012年9月21日，由亞洲開發(fā)銀行（ADB）和亞太財(cái)經(jīng)與發(fā)展中心（AFDC）共同主辦的“區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)與金融監(jiān)管”（REFM）國(guó)際培訓(xùn)班在上海國(guó)家會(huì)計(jì)學(xué)院圓滿落幕。REFM項(xiàng)目創(chuàng)立于1999年，是亞洲開發(fā)銀行的旗幟培訓(xùn)，已有466名10+3國(guó)家的中層政府官員受益于該培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目。此次REFM項(xiàng)目首次來到中國(guó)舉辦，歷時(shí)三周的課程，從9月3日開班到21日結(jié)業(yè)典禮的舉行，無不凝聚著ADB、AFDC項(xiàng)目人員的辛勤工作；從專家邀請(qǐng)、海外證書的郵寄到后勤保障細(xì)則的制定，一封封聯(lián)絡(luò)的郵件中寄托著各方對(duì)項(xiàng)目成功運(yùn)行的期望；從各國(guó)學(xué)員不同餐飲的要求，歷時(shí)三周的住宿到到教材的一一裝訂打印，SNAI的餐飲服務(wù)，客房前臺(tái)和教學(xué)支持的同事們給予了項(xiàng)目極大的支持。
2012年9月26日，亞洲開發(fā)銀行致函AFDC，對(duì)由李扣慶主任領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的AFDC團(tuán)隊(duì)在“區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)與金融監(jiān)管”國(guó)際培訓(xùn)班的籌備、組織和實(shí)施工作中的出色表現(xiàn)表示感謝。來函翻譯如下：
