"I HOPE, WE WILL MEET AGAIN"
On the Nov 11, 29 participants from 16 economies joyfully received their certificates with joy after the 5 days training on Debt Management Performance Assessment Tool which was co-organized by the AFDC and the World Bank in Shanghai.
What they have achieved, however, is much more than a certificate, but also sincere friendship. As Mr. Devkota from Nepal Ministry of Finance pointed out during the closing ceremony,” It will be memorable in our life even though we live far from each other…..I hope, we will meet again”.
AFDC positions itself as an international institution for capacity building in financial and economic fields. Meanwhile, consciously and subconsciously, AFDC serves as a bridge to bring people of different cultures together and promote friendship and understanding. AFDC tries to create various events and opportunities to enable people of various backgrounds to exchange and share their views and knowledge, and these attempts have greatly encouraged mutual understanding and friendship among the participants and facilitated the networking of participants
Nothing is better than to make friends when you come to a new place. By participating AFDC’s events, participants could not only acquire updated knowledge but life long friendship. We have reasons to believe that the participants will be positive catalyst among the different cultures in the future.
