2013 SHIPDET special topic course held in the wake of the core course
2013 SHIPDET special topic course on Impact Evaluation and Performance Budgeting was held from October 29- November 1, 2013 at the Shanghai National Accounting Institute. Dr.Pengrunzhong, Director of AFDC,Mr.Ganesh Rauniyar, Principal Evaluation Specialist of Asian Development Bank as well as Dr. Chen Qihui from China Agricultural University gave their remarks at the opening ceremony.
Different from the introductory core course, the special topic course is an advanced course for middle and senior level participants, covering more challenging topics in the field of evaluation by Dr.Chenqihui and Mr.Marc Robinson who is the former IMF economist.
The special topic course attracted almost 40 participants from Central Asia, Southeast Asia as well as the Pacific islands.
