The Training of Public Finance and Human Resource to Vietnamese Finance Cadres Held
The joint training of AFDI with IFT on the second training of financial management and human resource was held in Shanghai Holiday Inn Hotel from 22-26 December. Dr. Peng Runzhong and Nguyen Thi Mai Lin attended the opening ceremony on behalf of AFDI and IFT respectively. 18 participants from Vietnam joined the training.
The training was concentrated on 2 areas, public finance management and human resource management. Six Chinese experts delivered their lectures in performance review, public finance reform, and agenda design in international workshops. Apart from the training, the participants also got the chance to visit Shanghai National Accounting Institute.
The China- Vietnam capability building program of financial officials is promoted by the MOFs of both nations, in order to develop financial exchanges and the frameworks of capability building. This program was listed into the announcement of 2014 APEC Financial Ministerial Meeting.
