Zhao Min(趙敏)
Zhao Min，born in 1978, is the associate professor of Shanghai National Accounting Institute. She graduated from the Antai Institute of Economic and Management of Shanghai Jiaotong University and got a Ph.D. degree in economics in 2007. Now she is the Head of CLEAR(Centers for Learning from Evaluations and Results) of the World Bank. Also, she worked as senior expert or consultant for the Ministry of Finance of People’s Republic of China for performance evaluation of agriculture and infrastructure projects funded by international financial organizations in China. In 2008, she went to Carleton University to attend International Program of Development Evaluation Training sponsored by the World Bank.
Zhao Min’s research interests are in public finance and performance management, especially in the subnational debts management.
She has published almost 20 articles in international journals such as the Journal of Asian Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Public Finance Research, Asia and Pacific Economics. Zhao Min is currently working on several projects about performance evaluation of different international and domestic public projects funded by financial departments of different levels. She is also the consultants of Asian Development Bank, Shanghai Financial Bureau, MoF of China, and dozens of local governments.
