SHIPEDT core course training held in SNAI
Shanghai International Program for Development Evaluation Training (SHIPEDT) core course training was held in SNAI from November 1st to 3rd. This training was co-organized by SNAI (AFDI) and Independent Evaluation Department of Asian Development Bank, and was mainly aimed to promote the evaluation capacity of project officers of ADB loan/grant projects. 40 project officers from 13 provinces of China and staff of ADB PRC Resident Mission attended the three-day training.
The training has been designed to equip project officers with key evaluation principles and knowledge of preparing quality project completion reports. Session topics include evaluation theory, project design and monitoring framework, and core evaluation criteria etc. Group discussions and case studies have also been arranged to deepen the understanding about project evaluation.
