2023 International Students' "Reading China" Field Study in Guangxi Province
From November 26th to 30th, in accordance with the teaching syllabus of our institute's Master's Degree Program in Accounting for Developing Countries, all 2023 international students traveled to Guangxi to participate in a series of Field Study focused on "China's Reform and Development." On the morning of November 27th, the students first visited Guangxi University of Finance and Economics, where they delved into the achievements and experiences of Guangxi in promoting rural revitalization, Sino-African cooperation, and accounting talent development.
In the afternoon of November 27th, the students conducted an Field Study in Zhongliang Village, Nanning, Guangxi, where they gained in-depth knowledge of China's rural revitalization and new rural construction experiences and accomplishments.
On November 29th, as part of the Guangxi on-site teaching plan for the "China's Reform and Development" course under the Master's Degree Program in Accounting for Developing Countries, 18 international students from the 2023 cohort, organized and led by the International Education Center, visited two representative enterprises in Nanning, Guangxi—Huangshi Group and Guangxi Dameng Manganese Industry Group. They had the opportunity to learn firsthand about the development models and experiences of Chinese enterprises.
